1 cup flour

1 egg

1 1/4 cup milk

2 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

30ml oil

Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, then add the dry ingredients to a bowl that has milk, egg and oil mixed together.

Mix until smooth batter is formed.

Heat a non stick pan over medium heat. Add about a teaspoon of oil to the pan and swirl to coat the pan.

Add a large spoonful of the batter to the pan, cook until the pancakes have bubbles on the surface then turn. Cook for a few minutes until browned on both sides.

Repeat until batter is finished.

Serve with a berry compote and honey and icetropez zero.
